One box, one month —
just pick two moments.
A box holds 60 sachets. One in the morning, one in the evening. A month for one person, two weeks if two people share.

A glass of water and a sachet as soon as you're up
Make it the first thing you do each day. Keep the box next to your glass and there's nothing extra to remember. The water doesn't need to be hot, and there's nothing to mix or stir.

One after dinner
Just before you clear the table is the easiest moment to remember. The time can change, but keep the moment the same. In the first few days the evening sachet is easy to forget, so take one out before you clear up.
The first ten days set the habit; the next twenty keep it going
The first ten days
This is when the habit takes shape. Keep the box where you'll see it — beside your glass or on the table. Setting fixed times helps you stay on track.
The next twenty days
Now you simply keep going. By this point, reaching for a sachet takes no thought at all. It's fine if the times shift; what matters is sticking to twice a day.
If you miss one
If you miss one, just carry on with one sachet at the next time. Do not take two at once. The box says twice a day, one sachet each time.
For two
Two people sharing one box will get two weeks. If you plan to keep going together, two or three boxes work out better.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Take an opened sachet straight away. Keeping the sachets in the box lets you see at a glance how many are left, so you know when to get the next one.
Reactions can differ from person to person. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.
