This notice explains what ELFLEN Co., Ltd. collects when you send us an inquiry from this English site, why, where it goes, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. What we collect and why

We ask only for what we need to answer you. Please do not include health information or identity numbers in your message.
3. Translation
Our team works in Korean. To read your message and to reply in your language, the text of your message and of our reply is processed by the Gemini service of Google LLC (USA). Only the text is sent for translation; it is handled under Google's terms for that service.
4. Where your data is stored
Inquiries are stored on our server in the Republic of Korea (Seoul). If you write to us from outside Korea, your data is transferred to Korea for this purpose. We do not sell your data, share it with other companies, or use it for advertising.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent. Write to kings7203@naver.com and we will act within 10 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
6. Children
Inquiries are for people aged 16 and over. If we learn that a child under 16 has sent us personal data, we delete it without delay.
7. How we protect it
The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Our management program is not open to the internet and can only be reached through an encrypted connection; passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed; names and contact details are masked on screen; and every access by staff is logged and reviewed at least once a month.
8. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies that identify you, advertising identifiers, or analytics and tracking tools. Our server keeps a technical access log (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security; it is used for nothing else and older entries are deleted as it fills.
The map at the bottom of the page opens Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) only when you press "View map". Until you press it, nothing is sent to Google.
9. Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the change and its effective date on this page at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance if it affects you adversely.
